I went to eat lunch with my family on 8/17/2016 and they charged me twice! one for $30 and another for $33? I need a refund! I will be calling at 11 when the location opens

Very rude customer service. Sent an online order in and received a phone call stating they do not take orders after 2300 and do not have it listed on web page. Cashier argued with me then hung up on me rudely. I have been a very loyal customer but will never order from again and will let everyone I am associated with know how I was treated. Horrible customer service.

I like your food, but ordering for delivery is crazy long. Im about 3 miles from the restaurant, and I ordered my food at 6:30PM tonight. It is now 7:50PM.
